• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without explicit written permission.

5. User Conduct

6. Access and Availability of Courses

• We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our courses; however, we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edukul Skillgrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our courses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Constitution (State of Maharashtra).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Purchase of Courses

To purchase a course from Edukul Skillgrow, you must use the website www.edukulskillgrow.com and complete the admission form on the website only, not anywhere else.

11. Payment of Course Fee

The course fee for Human Psychology is ₹649, and this course is for one month.

12. Server Issues with Payment

If the fee is not deposited due to a server issue or if the payment gets stuck, the company will take at least 15 days to resolve the problem. In such cases, you will need to wait for 15 days.

13. Course Selection

While selecting a course, please note that there are different types of courses at Edukul Skillgrow with varying fees and time limits.

14. Admission Form Correction

If you make any mistakes while filling out the admission form, there is a service charge of ₹90 to correct the mistake. Please keep this in mind while completing the form.

15. Task Completion and Job Offers

Each course includes various tasks. Those who complete these tasks may be considered for job offers by the company.

16. Selection for Job Offers

Jobs are offered to selected individuals based on 100% attendance, strong communication skills, and excellent observation abilities.

17. Job Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions related to job offers will be clearly specified in the appointment letter provided by the hiring company.

18. Illegal Demand for Money

If anyone demands money from you in the name of Edukul Skillgrow, this demand is illegal. Do not give money to anyone. If you do so, you are responsible for this incident. If such a situation arises, you may file a complaint on the company’s website www.edukulskillgrow.com or email on support@edukulskillgrow.com

19. Restriction on Working with Competitors

If you are found working for another company in the same industry, potentially risking a data leak, you may be dismissed, fined ₹20,000, and face legal action.

20. Task Completion and Salary Eligibility

If your assigned work, batches, or tasks are not completed, you will not be eligible for a salary.

21. 7-Day Refund Policy

We believe in the quality of our services and want all our students to be satisfied. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a course, you can request a refund within 7 days, starting from the date you receive your batches.

Terms and Conditions:

• Refunds are only available to students who have purchased the course directly from Edukul Skillgrow.
• When requesting a refund, you must state the reason for the refund.
• Edukul Skillgrow reserves the right to decide whether or not to grant a refund.
• If you are granted a refund, you must return the course material and access.
• The refund process may take 7-10 business days.

How to Request a Refund:

• Visit the Edukul Skillgrow website.
• Log in to your account.
• Go to the "My Courses" page.
• Click the "Request Refund" button next to the course you want a refund for.
• State the reason for the refund and submit the request.

Please Note:

• Some courses may not be eligible for a refund. Please check the refund policy before purchasing the course.
• If you do not comply with these terms and conditions, you may not be granted a refund.
• Refund service charges will be deducted from the refund amount (e.g., ₹649 - ₹149 = ₹500 refund).
